Hopefully we have now said goodbye to the Beast from the East and on to better weather.

During a routine check of our nesting sites this weekend we have discovered some hatchlings. While the mallards are still sitting tight, a pair of Canada geese have successfully hatched 6 goslings. Spring is in the air.
